O dia D da vacinação teve uma boa adesão em Porto Velho, uma pena a SEMUSA não conseguir atender toda população fechando vários postos antes do horário previsto. Ano passado não teve devido a falta de vacinas no Brasil todo. Em 2019 foi feita de forma paliativa nos trailers estacionados nos postos de saúde da capital.
Vamos ao que interessa, um levantamento feito pela ONG Voluntário Animal, na vacinação em 2018 e 2020 foi constatado que os criminosos levam seus animais para vacinar também, os animais chegam nos postos de vacinação debaixo de chutes e arrastados com correntes sem coleiras pelo pescoço, podendo causar uma asfixia.
Não existe por parte do poder público um segundo de ação para coibir esses crimes nos postos de vacinação. Em nenhum posto existe segurança pública.
Temos um departamento do bem estar animal por parte da prefeitura que só tem o nome mesmo.
Esse tipo de levantamento que fazemos era obrigação do bem estar animal fazer e tomar medidas para coibir e punir esses crimes em dia de vacinação.
Vale lembrar que os vereadores nenhum tomam medidas preventivas da bagunça que acontece todo ano de vacinação.
Ação coordenada é um palavrão na administração municipal de Porto Velho.
Se tivéssemos pessoas comprometidas com o bem estar animal, o dia D seria um dia de conscientização contra maus-tratos animais em todos os postos de vacinação distribuindo informativos e telefones para denúncias e até mesmo informando os programas fictícios da prefeitura de bem estar animal.
Fica aqui as dicas de graça para os vereadores que não fazem nada e para administração pública municipal.
